Paula Evans, the creative hand behind the name, Cakes by Moi, has been tutored by some of the biggest names in the business – Eddie Spence MBE (Royal Icing Expert), Alan Dunn (International expert in sugar floristry), Mark Tilling (Britain’s No.1 chocolatier), Paddi Clark (all round sugarcraft perfectionist), Carlos Liscetti (supreme sugar modeller) and Jan Clement-May (Expert sugar modeller) – to drop a few names.

Each cake order is treated individually with your precise requirements taken fully into account. Whether it’s a huge formal wedding cake or a humorous adult birthday cake – attention to detail is paramount. I will attempt to tailor any cake to meet your budget and theme.
